The second time was after I had changed the tune (I can also turn the chip off via a switch on the dash) and after approximately 100ks of driving (no van on) so who knows. It is chipped and I sometimes wonder if that may be an issue but, the first time it happened the chip had been on for over three weeks and 4,000ks of towing my van. I think all told there are 5 of us on LCOOL that have had the same issue, most more than once. I have posted a bit on LCOOL re the issues too.
